Yes, all of our paper is acid free, it will not yellow over time. It is neutral PH balance for archival purposes.

If you look at the sheets side-by-side the premium sulfite will feel smoother to the touch. Light cockle finish is toothier feeling to the touch. 25% cotton - is premium sulfite mixed with cotton.

We need high resolution Black + White artwork. It cannot be in color or have shaded areas such as gradients. Grayscale is not considered Black + White. During the ordering process you'll be asked to browse your computer and attach your artwork to your order. The acceptable formats or file extensions are JPG, TIF, GIF, PDF.

What we manufacture is a custom made product designed specifically for you. This process involves buying machine time at the paper mill; the process is taking true pulp, running it through the entire paper making process, with the last step being the application of your specific logo/name. YourOwnWatermark buys into mill run dates. We essential notify the mill when we get orders and they then in turn put us into their run cycle. They do this on an order by order basis. The normal mill cycle is 3-4 weeks. We allow one week for shipping and one week for unforeseen circumstances. If you need your paper sooner, please select our QuickTurn paper. QuickTurn paper will be delivered to you within 2-4 weeks.

Simple. We have no overhead, no inventory and all of our orders are custom. We do a “buy in” when the mills are producing this type of paper; therefore we incur no additional expense.

As with any custom-manufactured product, we must have payment before we can produce your own private watermarked paper. We have no use for your private watermarked paper after it is made, nor does the mill. If you were to change your mind after the paper was produced, we would be stuck with a product nobody else can use.

Your guarantee: the laser sketch you approved will be the same as your finished product. If it is not, we will either refund your money or deliver the correct product to you. If the location of your watermark is not within ¼” (+/-) of where you specified it to be, we will either refund your money or deliver the correct product to you. Yes. For Option #1 (QuickTurn) the envelopes will have no watermark at all. For Option #2 envelopes will have the GoldCrest watermark occurring randomly throughout the envelope - Not Your own custom watermark. For Option #3, envelopes will have no watermark at all.

Yes, as long as you order a minimum of 500 lbs of your custom size. (500 lbs of 8½" x 14" paper = 35,000 sheets)

Option #1:
24lb. premium sulfite paper. Very bright white. Smooth finish. As premium a paper you can get without going to cotton content.

Option #2:
This paper is made with 25% cotton content. To the un-trained eye, you will not be able to detect cotton content. Primary reason for going with cotton content is the toothier light cockle finish as opposed to the smoother finish. Not as bright a white as options #1 or #3.

Option #3:
24lb premium sulfite paper. Very bright white. Smooth finish. Essentially the same paper as our Option #1 (QuickTurn)
